Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and Team Bhani will reach out to you with any order updates if required. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, a tracking number will be shared with you prior to the shipiment is sent out. Please inquire if there is greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate your delivery requests if it is in our ability.

All jewellery is made-to-order, it takes approximately 10-15 working days for your order to be delivered. We offer complimentary shipping PAN India. Each order is insured prior to leaving our workshop. we work with internationally trusted logistic partners like BlueDart and sequel. For added Security you will be required to show your Identity proof to the delivery person.

Please note : All shipment and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. Bhani is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to.

All the orders are carefully packed to avoid any kinds damages to your jewellery. Each piece is separately store in a custom made Bhani box. This box is then placed in a metal box which is then enclosed in our temper proof custom made Bhani envelope.
